Namita is currently a junior pursuing Computer Science at Ira Fulton School of Engineering and Barrett, the Honors College, with minors in Data Science and Educational Studies. Namita is involved in the Barrett Mentoring Program, Engineering Projects in Community Service (EPICS) program, and SKY meditation club on campus and has previously been an ASU/NASA Space Grant intern. Namita joined Jupyter4Science in June 2023 and is continuing to currently work here as a research software engineer. Through her experiences, she is driven by a desire to pursue a career in the research department of professional industry in parallel with teaching higher education. In her free time, Namita enjoys listening to and singing music, as well as hiking around Arizona’s gorgeous valleys!
